A Romantic Garden-themed Wedding in Los Angeles
As seen in People Magazine, Real Housewife of Beverly Hills Kyle Richards walked her daughter Alexia down the aisle along with her father. The Topanga Canyon ranch was transformed into a twilight garden for the Los Angeles wedding by Michael of Marks Garden and his team. The couple said “I Do” just after sunset, had dinner with their guests under twinkle lights, and ended the evening with an epic afterparty.

Documentary & Editorial Wedding Photography
Alexia knew she wanted a mix of editorial portraits and fun, full-of-life documentary images to document her wedding weekend. Because the venue surroundings were quite rustic, I knew I wanted to bring along a portrait backdrop in order to create a space to get some really classic, clean and modern editorial portraits to mix in with all the candid images we’d take around the ranch.
The bride’s gown was designed by Danielle Frankel, a favorite designer among fashion-forward brides. With its nod to a vintage silhouette and cropped hemline perfect, it set the portraits that felt both classic and modern. The groom’s style was equally classic and modern and made for portraits that felt fresh, timeless, and fun.

Garden Vows
Alexia and Jake exchanged vows under a canopy of flowers and full moon during their whimsical evening ceremony. Family traditions made the day even more special. Alexia walked down the aisle with both parents carrying a bouquet of roses inspired by her mom Kyle Richards’ own bridal bouquet.

A Wedding Reception to Remember
After the ceremony, guests filtered into an open-air dinner reception that featured rich jewel tones and sparkling touches. These details created the perfect setting for heartfelt toasts, a busy dance floor, and a shared candlelit wish to end the night instead of a traditional cake-cutting. Mother-of-the-bride Kyle Richards was joined by her RHOBH co-stars Lisa Rinna, Teddi Mellencamp, & Erika Jayne, who helped celebrate the special night for their friend.
