As promised, here is the custom proposal that includes more about my approach, full galleries for your review, and the packages I can offer for a wedding weekend like yours. I look forward to setting up a time to discuss all the details with you once you’ve had a chance to look it all over.
My Philosophy
I document every wedding as if it’s the wedding of my best friend- constantly looking for ways to ensure this incredibly special day unfolds exactly how the couple has always dreamed.
I photograph the portraits, decor, and candid moments with equal care and attention to detail drawing inspiration from the location, the energy of the couple, and the style. Your collection of images will forever remind you of every aspect of your day that made it uniquely yours so that you never forget how your day looked and felt.

Below are the package options I can offer for your wedding weekend. Further customization is available upon request.
Package 1
This package includes:
Wedding Day
- 10 hours of Wedding Day Coverage – Two Photographers (Heather Kincaid plus an associate photographer)
- Approx 1000+ high-resolution digital image files
Welcome Party Coverage
- 3 hours of welcome party coverage (1 photographer)
- Approx 250+ high-res image files
Complementary Drone Photography – Welcome Party & Wedding Day
- Drone images shot by Heather Kincaid at 2 or 3 points during the day for approximately 10-15 min each flight (venue & weather-permitting)
- Approx 10-15 drone images included in final image gallery
Custom 12×12 Heirloom Album
- 30 pages; approximately 80-90 images
- Choice of leather or fabric cover
Engagement Session
- 1.5-hour session; LA location
- Approx 135+ high-resolution image files
Total – $23,500
Travel to Temecula and hotel accommodations are included in this rate. No additional travel fees apply.
Package 2
This package includes:

- Approx 1000+ high-resolution digital image files
Total – $15,500
Travel to Temecula and hotel accommodations are included in this rate. No additional travel fees apply.
A LA CARTE SERVICES
- Additional hour of wedding day/event coverage (2 photographers) – $1100
- Welcome Party/Rehearsal Dinner Coverage (3 hours; 1 photographer) – $2850
- Engagement Session – LA Location (1.5 hours; 1 photographer) – $1700
- Engagement Session – Outside LA – Please inquire for pricing based on location.
- Drone Photography – for venues that allow drone operation
- Drone images shot by Heather Kincaid at 2 or 3 points during the day for approximately 10-15 min each flight (will work with clients and planner to determine space in timeline to do so that will maximize the ability to get great images)
- Approx 10-15 drone images included in final image gallery
- $1500
ALBUMS
- Custom 10×10 Heirloom Wedding Album – $2850
- Custom 10×13 Heirloom Wedding Album – $2950
- Custom 12×12 Heirloom Wedding Album – $3150
- Custom 11×14 Heirloom Wedding Album – $3350
- A full menu of Album & Book options available upon request
Weddings on Film
Please note, all packages listed include digital photography. However, 35mm and medium format film photography is also available as an add-on to the main digital photography coverage, if desired, at the rates below:
- Wedding Day Portraits on Film (approx 5 rolls of film) – $1250
- Wedding Highlights on Film (10-15 rolls of film capturing highlights from throughout the day) – $2000
- Extensive Wedding Day Coverage (20+ rolls of film resulting in most of the day being shot on both film and digital cameras. Includes dedicated film assistant.) – $5000
