Thank you so much for reaching out about photography for Amanda & Jacob’s wedding next year! I loved chatting with you this morning and I’m excited for the opportunity to talk with you more about working together on another special event for your beautiful family.
Here is the custom proposal that includes the package options best-suited to this wedding. You will also see a few galleries of weddings that I hand-selected for your review. As you look through these galleries, I hope you will see that I take care to beautifully document every aspect of a wedding and that each gallery reflects the unique story of each event.

I photograph the portraits, decor, and candid moments with equal care and attention to detail drawing inspiration from the location, the energy of the couple, and the style.

• Private Estate – Whitefish, MT
This wedding took place in Whitefish, MT this past summer. This is the full gallery that was delivered to the clients that includes a mix of film and digital images from their multi-event wedding weekend including a boat outing, welcome party at a nearby farm, and beautiful wedding day at a private home on the lake. The colors of this wedding were stunning and I love how the true-to-life images together tell the complete story of this weekend.

• Los Angeles Country Club
This gallery is from a beautiful summer wedding at the Los Angeles Country Club. This venue, like your venue, is a golf club that also has beautiful architecture and surroundings. I love the way this gallery showcases all I love to create while documenting weddings- from the beautiful candid moments and portraits to the details and lovely style of the bride.

• Sunstone Villa
This is a full gallery from a wedding at Sunstone Villa in Santa Ynez, CA. While a different venue and style than your client’s venue, I wanted to share this as an example of a destination wedding where the whole style of the venue and setting are beautifully represented.

PACKAGE 1
Wedding Day Coverage
- 10 hours of Wedding Day Coverage – Two Photographers (Heather Kincaid plus an associate photographer)
- Approx 1100+ high-resolution digital image files
Welcome Party/Rehearsal Dinner Coverage
- 3 hours of photography coverage – 1 Photographer
- Approx 300+ high-resolution digital image files
12×12 Custom Heirloom Album
- A custom heirloom album is the best way to preserve and share your favorite wedding images
- Approx 80-90 images (30 pages) are included
Complimentary Drone Photography
- Drone images shot by Heather Kincaid at various points during the wedding weekend (venue and weather-permitting)
Wedding Weekend Total – $24,500
Rate includes travel fees from LA–> NY plus hotel accommodations for full photo team for the
weekend. No additional travel fees apply.
PACKAGE 2

- 9 hours of Wedding Day Coverage – Two Photographers (Heather Kincaid plus an associate photographer)
- Approx 1100+ high-resolution digital image files
Complimentary Drone Photography
- Drone images shot by Heather Kincaid at various points during the wedding weekend (venue and weather-permitting)
Total – $19,000
Rate includes travel fees from LA–> NY plus hotel accommodations for full photo team for the weekend. No additional travel fees apply.
Engagement Session in Florida or New York
- 1.5-2-hour engagement session
- Approx. 150+ high-resolution image files
Engagement Session Total – $5,000
Rate includes all travel from LA–> FL or NY, including accommodations. Note: If session is booked during a time I plan to be in Florida or NY already, travel fees will be reduced.
A LA CARTE SERVICES
- Additional hour of wedding day/event coverage (2 photographers) – $1100
ALBUMS
- Custom 10×10 Heirloom Wedding Album – $2850
- Custom 10×13 Heirloom Wedding Album – $2950
- Custom 12×12 Heirloom Wedding Album – $3150
- Custom 11×14 Heirloom Wedding Album – $3350
- A full menu of Album & Book options available upon request
Weddings on Film
Please note, all packages listed include digital photography. However, 35mm and medium format film photography is also available as an add-on to the main digital photography coverage, if desired, at the rates below:
- Wedding Day Portraits on Film (approx 3-5 rolls of film) – $1250
- Wedding Highlights on Film (6-10 rolls of film capturing highlights from throughout the day) – $2500
- Extensive Wedding Day Coverage (20+ rolls of film resulting in most of the day being shot on both film and digital cameras) – $5000
